Making A Purchase
If you wish to purchase one of the items from Reindeer Antiques, please contact us via the Enquiry form. Give the reference details of the item you are interested in and we will reply to your email within 24 hours with the price and other relevant information.
Shipping And Handling
Paid by the client. Shipping overseas via UPS or DHL is our preferred method.

Returns Policy
If the item is not to the satisfaction of the buyer, it must be returned to us within 14 days of our original shipping date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return shipping costs. Furthermore, the buyer must notify us within 7 days of our original shipping date. No refunds will be given after 7 days. Refunds will be net of our outward packing or transport costs.
Remittance Terms
The payment must be in advance by check or wire transfer. Otherwise, we can ship C.O.D. with the buyer paying any extra collection charges.
